Research
We start by understanding the job a user is trying to get done — not by benchmarking competitors. That means interviews, behavioral patterns, and a clear definition of success before a single wireframe exists.
Design
We prototype the shortest path to value. Every screen exists to move the user forward, not to showcase features. We iterate in low fidelity until the flow is invisible.
